How does your junk removal company work?

Once you have called in to book an appointment our Junk professionals will call you thirty minutes ahead of your two hour window, to give you an exact time of arrival at your location. When they show up on site they will look at your junk and give you an up-front quote. Upon approval of the quote they will take your junk and give you your space back. Everything loaded on the truck will be sorted then get dropped off at local charities, recycle centers, and then the transfer station.

What is the size of your junk removal truck?

Our trucks are the industry standard with dump beds that are 8ft wide, 12ft long and 4.5ft tall, basically the size of a 15 yard dumpster.  An equivalent unit of measure is 10 fully loaded pickup trucks.

What types of payment do you accept?

Check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover)

Is Junk Aide Junk Removal insured?

Yes, Junk Aide is insured under a General Liability Insurance policy.

What types of junk items do you take?
